Word on the Street results to the question: How do you set yourself up for success in the new year?

As the calendar changed from December to January, SPAAR asked Realtors® to share how they set themselves up for success in the new year. Among the many answers were the following:

• Doing basic business planning
• Attending my company’s webinars and trainings
• Keeping my promise to provide the best service possible
• Keeping the word “Belief!” on my wall to remind me I have survived and sustained for myself and two kids in my 35-plus years in real estate
• Business planning using a 12-week year
• Scrubbing my contact list and determining my four touch points during the year
• Scheduling my reminders
