First-Time Homeownership Loan Program information shared in multiple languages

The City of Woodbury has a First-Time Homeownership Loan Program that can help with down payment and closing costs. Eligible buyers may qualify for up to 3.5% of the purchase price with low fixed rates and special options for veterans, elderly and first-generation homebuyers.
