The Counselors of Real Estate® Consulting Corps offers recommendations for White Bear Avenue business corridor

SPAAR was joined by The Counselors of Real Estate® (CRE) Consulting Corps the week of August 4 to address the redevelopment of the White Bear Avenue business corridor to look at opportunities to enhance the business district and encourage revitalization. The week concluded with a presentation of CRE's findings on August 7 in which the team presented its action-oriented guidance and recommendations to SPAAR members and staff.

Through a partnership with Saint Paul's Greater East Side Community Council and with support from the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), the CRE Consulting Corps brought its unbiased, objective perspective to evaluate development opportunities, offered recommendations toward maximizing the site potential, and explored avenues to leverage the area as work on The Heights progresses.

The CRE, an international consortium of credentialed real estate problem solvers who provide expert advice on complex real property and land-related matters, practices in 22 countries and offer expertise in more than 60 real estate disciplines across all asset classes.
