SPAAR members and staff recently surprised four members with the news that they've been named 2025 annual award recipients. The awards and honored members are as follows:
The REALTOR® of the Year Award recipient is Nicko Spehn!
The REALTOR® of the Year award is a prestigious recognition given annually by SPAAR to a member who exemplifies the Realtor® spirit through the highest standards of the profession. Recipients have shown an outstanding dedication to the real estate industry, their community and their association.
The William Tschohl/James Stanton Distinguished Service Award recipient is Robert (Bob) Clark!
The William Tschohl/James Stanton Distinguished Service award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated a lifetime of commitment to advancing the real estate industry, upholding the highest ethical standards and contributing selflessly to the success of their peers and community. Through years of service, this honoree exemplifies the very best of what it means to be a Realtor®: a trusted professional, engaged leader and steadfast advocate for the profession.
The Affiliate of the Year Award recipient is April Ranallo!
The Affiliate of the Year award recognizes an individual affiliate member who has demonstrated exceptional contribution, leadership and service to the association and its members.
The Rising Star Award recipient is Amanda Cox Zuppan!
The Rising Star award recognizes a Realtor® who is emerging as a strong and promising leader within the organization and community. This member demonstrates enthusiasm, initiative and a growing commitment to leadership in the real estate profession.
Congratulations to Nicko, Bob, April and Amanda for your service and dedication to SPAAR and the greater real estate community! They will be further recognized at SPAAR's first-ever Winter Member Appreciation: A Night to SPAARTY event on January 15.
