Patti Jo Fitzpatrick is MNR President for 2025

SPAAR member Patti Jo Fitzpatrick was installed as the 2025 President of Minnesota Realtors® on February 5.

Patti Jo served as SPAAR President in 2019, and continues to be involved on SPAAR committees and REALTORS® Charitable Foundation.

On January 28, Patti Jo shared the podium with 2025 SPAAR President Jennifer Livingston and 2025 MAR President Frank D'Angelo as they reported on the 2024 housing market and 2025 housing predictions at a news conference to Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota reporters held at Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity.
