About Orientation
Orientation is required of all new Realtor® members and must be completed within 90 days of joining the Association.
Our orientation offers an understanding into the resources, tools, and value of your membership. By the end, you will have completed your required REALTOR® membership courses with a bonus of 9.25 hours of continuing education for your required MN license (a $100 value) with industry professionals on key real estate topics.

What To Expect
⏱️ Be early for class. Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. (MN Statute 45.30 Subd 4a). Attendees must sign-in on the attendance sheet prior to class start time.

▪️ 11:30 AM – Lunch Provided by SPAAR is catered; You are free to bring your own lunch or leave for lunch to meet any dietary restrictions
▪️ 12:30 PM – Orientation: Intro to MLS Searches & CMAs (3.5 CE)

Educational offerings are recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying the indicated number of hours of credit toward continuing real estate education, provided by the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®.
