About Orientation
Orientation is required of all new Realtor® members and must be completed within 90 days of joining the Association.
SPAAR offers a two-day orientation program that offers an in-depth understanding into the resources, tools and value of your membership. Learn about where your dues money goes and how to take advantage of your membership benefits.
SPAAR’s orientation program gives you over half (10.25 hours) of your yearly required education, worth $100, for FREE from industry professionals on key real estate topics. Lunch is provided on both days.
What To Expect
⏱️ Be on time or early for class. Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. (MN Statute 45.30 Subd 4a). Attendees must sign-in on the attendance sheet prior to class start time.

DAY 1
9:00 AM – Membership & MLS, Building Your Business, Affiliate Networking (0 CE)
11:30 AM – Lunch Provided by SPAAR*
12:15 PM – NAR Code of Ethics (3.75 CE)
DAY 2
9:00 AM – Intro to MLS Searches & CMAs (3.5 CE)
12:30 PM – Lunch Provided by SPAAR*
1:15 PM – Buyer Contracts & Agency Agreements (3.0 CE)
CE Hours are provided by SPAAR and MN Realty School.
