Local advocacy: see something, say something!

SPAAR’s Advocacy Team strives to share the latest information with all members, especially news that may impact business for Realtors® with SPAAR's 12-county service area. To do this, SPAAR requests hearing news and information from members that may be pertinent for the greater membership.

What information is helpful to share? SPAAR's Advocacy Team welcomes information about proposed legislation at the city or county levels that will impact housing or the real estate industry as well as other information that may impact Realtors®' business.

As a SPAAR member, know there is staff dedicated to advocating for all members' interests with local and county governments.
