Introducing SPAAR’s 2022 Board of Directors. This week: meet Joshua Drivdahl

Joshua said his dream retirement career was always real estate and the aspects of coaching, educating and improving the lives of others that comes with it.

In fact, he’s been in the business in varying capacities that include three years in commercial real estate, another three years licensed in residential real estate and 20 years owning rental properties.

In his younger years, Joshua wanted to grow up to be a business owner or a baseball player and admits he should throw out his old sports gear. When he’s not working, he likes spending time in the lake, on trails and with his kids. As a fun aside, Joshua is also the owner of a rabbit.
