Golden Valley ADU welcomed visitors and provided project overview

On Thursday September 4, SPAAR members and staff attended an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) open house in Golden Valley.
Attendees toured the 900 square foot ADU and spoke with the property owners about why and how they pursued this project. Attendees also heard from Golden Valley Mayor Roslyn Harmon about the importance of missing middle housing in addressing Minnesota's housing shortage and shared about Golden Valley's ADU approval process.
