Call it a BLITZ! Call it a RALLY! Call it an EXTRAVAGANZA! Whatever you call it, there are five days of continuing education courses scheduled at SPAAR to help you call it DONE!
Mark your calendars, the Blitz is Back! April 14 through April 18, 2025...
Looking for an opportunity to get all 15 hours of license education done in 2 days? Each day offers 7.5 hours of CE approved classes to help meet your MN Real Estate License education requirements before the June deadline.
Choose from five scheduled days to fit your needs:
- April 16 or 17th - take 7.5 hours CE that includes the Required Module.
- April 15th or 18th - take 7.5 hours CE that includes Agency and Fair Housing credits.
- If you need all 15 hours... choose any two days that fit your needs and schedule!
Class Schedule Options:
$50/day for SPAAR Members or $90/day for non-members
*Lunch is catered each day; You are free to bring your own lunch or leave for lunch to meet any dietary restrictions.

- This Module Satisfies the 1-Hour Broker Module Requirement
- This course will provide real estate licensees with knowledge of Agency relationships and duties in Minnesota. Information will also be shared on RESPA, marketing services agreements and the new loan estimate form. Common Interest Ownership properties statutes will be covered, highlighting different types of properties, disclosure obligations, and rights. Additionally, fair housing laws and resources will be covered.
Commercial 101 (3.75 hours)

- A beginner’s course for your understanding of commercial real estate. The course covers the need-to-know information on a broad range of commercial topics. If you’re an experienced residential licensee, a few of the fundamentals of commercial real estate will be familiar to you—location, use and condition. In many other regards, commercial differs sharply from residential real estate. You’ll work with investors and business owners in commercial real estate, individuals whose focus is squarely on the bottom line of the profit/loss.
First Time Homebuyers (3.75 hours)

- Whether you want to develop a niche business working with first-time homebuyers or simply increase your overall knowledge so you can better help inexperienced first-time homebuyers, this course will provide you with the necessary foundation to serve this unique population. First-time homebuyers often rely heavily on agents’ expertise, and many feel overwhelmed, intimidated, and fearful of the prospect of buying a home. Your knowledge and calm influence can lead them toward their goal of homeownership, step by step.
Home Inspection 101: Bones and Basics (3.75 hours)

- Participants will be exposed to the various mechanical components of a property for dwelling. Learning about the house components can further benefit the buyer by having basic knowledge of heating, plumbing and more. In the world of home shopping, buyers may overlook something due to a feature that captures their heart. A responsible and reasonable licensee should be able to answer basic questions about housing mechanicals and demonstrate to the consumer, a working knowledge of the building.
MN Agency & Fair Housing (3.75 hours)
Course provided by SPAAR; Instructor: Deb Greene
- This course satisfies the 1-Hour Fair Housing, 1-hour MN Agency Law requirements for MN real estate license continuing education.
- This course satisfies the 2-Hour NAR Fair Housing Training requirement for REALTORS® during the C8 Cycle (2025-2027).
- A comprehensive overview of agency law and fiduciary duties in Minnesota, as well as a dive into local, state, and federal Fair Housing laws - focusing on the roles and responsibilities of real estate agents. The course is designed to clarify legal expectations, and answer key questions related to agency representation in Minnesota and to identify current day issues and best practices in real estate.
Negotiate 101 (3.75 hours)

- Students will be discussing the laws in Minnesota pertaining to the legal requirements under Negotiation Chapter 82.71. There are many factors involved in negotiations and the basics will be shared in this course. The Code of Ethics also plays a part in the handling of Negotiations and professionals should have a clear understanding of what s required and expected of them.
