The recent U.S. District Court decision in Texas Top Cop Shop, Inc., et al. v. Garland, et al., issued a nationwide preliminary injunction against the enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act’s (CTA) beneficial ownership information (BOI) reporting requirements.
