“Buyers are pleased to have better affordability and more options to choose from,” said Amy Peterson, President of the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®. “For the most part, sellers still hold the reigns in this market even with the additional inventory we’ve seen.”
Buyer and seller activity down from last August, but lower rates on the way
