SPAAR announces Nominating Committee report to membership

All SPAAR members are receiving this announcement via eNews that the SPAAR Nominating Committee has recommended the following slate of six candidates to serve on its Board of Directors beginning in 2025.

Fourth quarter MLS invoices are due September 30

Fourth quarter MLS payments are due on or before September 30, 2024, to avoid suspension of MLS access.

Code of Ethics is due year-end 2024

The current Code of Ethics compliance period ends on December 31, 2024. As part of the membership requirements with NAR, every member is required to complete a Code of Ethics course every three years.

Membership renewal is now open

The 2025 Membership Dues Billing notices were sent to SPAAR members on August 19.
