The 2025 Membership Dues Billing notices were sent to SPAAR members on August 19, 2024, from billing@spaar.com.
SPAAR 2025 Annual Membership Renewal is due on or before November 30, 2024 to avoid a $50 late fee.
Here is more information about the 2025 SPAAR Dues Billing, including a link to the payment portal.
SPAAR members, who are primary Realtors®, may take advantage of SPAAR's payment plan by signing up no later than September 25.
