Minnesota Realtors® announced Man Huynh of Edina Realty as the 2023 Realtor® of the Year award recipient at last week’s Minnesota Unite conference.

SPAAR Toastmasters open house is October 3

The SPAAR Toastmasters open house will be Tuesday, October 3, from 12-2pm, which includes an hour of networking, learning and light refreshments followed by a Toastmasters meeting from 1-2pm.

MLS invoices are due this week by September 30

Fourth quarter MLS billing notices were sent to members via email on September 5 from billing@spaar.com. As a reminder, payment must be received on or before September 30, 2023, to avoid suspension of MLS access.

Local attorney to address how to keep out of hot water in real estate

SPAAR is hosting “Keeping Agents Out of Hot Water” with presenter Fabian Hoffner, Attorney at Law, who will share some of the worst issues he’s experienced along with tips to keep out of trouble.
