Wilder Foundation grateful to St. Paul area Realtors® for generous donation

SPAAR - 02/03/2026

SPAAR and REALTORS® Charitable Foundation collaborated to donate $25,000 to the Wilder Family Investment Fund, which provides immediate, one-time assistance to families served by the Wilder Foundation. The fund supports financial payment assistance for rent and mortgage payments, among other crucial resources, specifically to help families in crisis.

Watch a sneak peek as SPAAR CEO Gabe Walsh speaks at the check presentation held at Wilder Foundation on February 2.

SPAAR and REALTORS® Charitable Foundation acknowledge the current landscape surrounding immigration enforcement and the impact it’s had on our community and believes that stable housing is critical now more than ever. Providing housing assistance for those facing hardship helps landlords, tenants and property owners alike, and supports the long-term goal of a stable and robust housing market.

Because Realtors® are helpers and community builders, serving the communities where they live and work, SPAAR and REALTORS® Charitable Foundation were proud to contribute $25,000 to support community members.

SPAAR and REALTORS® Charitable Foundation encourage housing organizations, stakeholders, brokers, agents, teams and affiliates, among others, to consider a contribution alongside its organizations to help make a greater impact whether contributing to the Wilder Family Investment Fund or to another organization that provides housing stability services and support. Wilder provided this link to directly support the families it serves.

Representing on behalf of the SPAAR Board of Directors were Danielle Bickham Pelton, Jairo Ramirez, Joe Schwartzbauer and Colin Voerding, and representing on behalf of REALTORS® Charitable Foundation were Diana Allen, Mark Espersen, Patti Jo Fitzpatrick, Man Huynh and Amy Peterson, along with Gabe Walsh, SPAAR’s CEO.
