Third quarter MLS invoices are due June 30

Third quarter MLS billing notices were sent to members via email on June 1 from billing@spaar.com. As a reminder, payment must be received on or before June 30 to avoid suspension of MLS access. If not paid on or before June 30, you will incur a $25 reinstatement fee. Click here to access your portal account. Remember to check spam or junk folders if the email isn't found in your inbox.

Important dates to remember for the MLS Billing schedule:

• First Quarter – notices are sent beginning of December; due December 31
• Second Quarter – notices are sent beginning of March; due March 31
• Third Quarter – notices are sent beginning of June; due June 30
• Fourth Quarter – notices are sent beginning of September; due September 30
