FAQ

How does the On-Demand Education Pass work?

1. You may purchase the On-Demand Education Pass online (through the SPAAR portal).
2. Ten (10) complimentary courses (regardless of course length) are added to your SPAAR account.
3. When you register for a SPAAR On-Demand Course – you will see two payment options:
   1. Course price for $$
   2. Use Education Pass for $0
4. If the you choose to use the pass “to pay” for a course, your Pass balance will be deducted one (1) course for each course registered. If your Pass balance is zero, you will not see the option to use it on the registration page.

How do I purchase an On-Demand Education Pass?

Through the SPAAR Portal, or SPAAR Staff would need to impersonate the agent (strongly recommend the agent does it on their own).

• Log into SPAAR Member Portal
• Click on the Blue Tab (ED PASS)
• Purchase the “Education Pass”

Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation email 10-120 mins later, once payment has been processed and your Pass account balance has been updated in the system. The email will provide instructions on how to register for courses using the Ed Pass.

How much does the On-Demand Education Pass cost?

SPAAR will be offering an early-bird anniversary sale price through the end of 2024.  Beginning January 2025, the pass will be regular price (see below).

Is there an expiration date to use the courses that come with the On-Demand Education Pass?

Yes, the pass is valid for 12 months from purchase.  Any course balance not used by the expiration date will be forfeited.  The expiration date of your purchased Pass will be provided in the confirmation email and can also be seen on the Ed-Pass page (where you purchased the pass). On the Pass tile image itself, it will list the current expiration date of your pass above the details button.  If no date is present and it says “Web (365 days)”, then you do not have a current pass, and their balance is 0 (zero).

Cancellation / Refund Policy for the On-Demand Education Pass

SPAAR's On-Demand Education Pass is non-refundable once any portion of the balance is used. A fully unused Pass will be subject to refund approval upon request, to be reviewed by the COO.  Any requests should be sent via email to spaar@spaar.com.
