SPAAR provides comment on Ford Site Redevelopment Plan

Patrick Ruble, President-Elect of the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS® (SPAAR) and a Saint Paul resident, in November 2019 released the following statement regarding the announcement from the City of Saint Paul and Ryan Companies on the Ford Site Redevelopment Agreement:

“As engaged members of the community, REALTORS® have worked alongside neighbors and stakeholders to reach this point and we congratulate everyone involved in the redevelopment of the historic Ford Site.  SPAAR looks forward to continued work with the City and Ryan Companies in shaping the dynamics of this project and marketing a 21st Century Community.”
