SPAAR members packed more than 5,700 meals

Three teams of SPAAR members joined the annual B2B Mealpacking Challenge on May 16 that resulted in 5,700 meals being packed for local food shelves. Led by nonprofit Meals From the Heart, the teams worked in one-hour shifts where they measured, mixed, bagged and packed rice casserole kits to be distributed to food shelves across the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin.
