SPAAR member shares benefits of involvement

“I firmly believe I wouldn't enjoy, or be as successful in, my first three years in real estate without my involvement with SPAAR,” said Nichole Hayden who left another career and became a Realtor® during the pandemic. “I joined a committee early on and keep finding new ways to get involved. I stay current with our industry at the local, state and national levels, which gives me confidence with clients and in negotiations. I have created a strong network of colleagues that have become friends, making this business of owning your own business much more fulfilling.”

Within SPAAR, Nichole is a member of the Communications Committee and the Committee for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She has also taken part in Leadership SPAAR.
