SPAAR in the News: KSTP-TV talks with President Jennifer Livingston about today’s market

SPAAR President Jennifer Livingston was interviewed by KSTP-TV reporter Richard Reeve on July 10 for a story reflecting on today's mortgage rates and what they may mean for buyers. View the story here.

Jennifer shared that many of her clients are hunkering down, staying in their homes, hoping those mortgage rates will fall.

“We have a lot of people in their homes with a lower interest rate,” said Jennifer in regard to those whose homes are financed at two to three percent, to three-and-a-half percent, and how that can impact inventory.
