Third quarter MLS billing due by June 30

Third quarter MLS billing notices were sent to members via email on June 3 from billing@spaar.com. As a reminder, payment must be received on or before June 30, 2024, to avoid suspension of MLS access.

If not paid on or before June 30, there will be a $25 reinstatement fee. Click here to access your portal account. Remember to check spam or junk folders.

MLS Billing schedule – important dates to remember:

First Quarter – notices are sent beginning of December, due December 31
Second Quarter – notices are sent beginning of March, due March 31
Third Quarter – notices are sent beginning of June, due June 30
Fourth Quarter – notices are sent beginning of September, due September 30
