Process for inactive real estate licenses

SPAAR - 07/06/2023

Effective July 5, SPAAR’s Member Services team members look up every member who calls in by checking the pulse portal system to verify they have an active license. If the team members run across inactive licenses, they are required to turn off MLS access until the member notifies SPAAR that his or her license has been activated again.

Usually in the month of August, Minnesota Realtors® will forward SPAAR a copy of all the licenses that are inactive. Then, SPAAR's team will go through and inactivate any MLS accounts that are in its membership and notify the member and broker about the inactive license(s).
