Perspective from The Opportunity Report

In May 2015, the National Association of REALTORS® released a report from Stefan Swanepoel that detailed 50 threats, risks and challenges the real estate industry was facing and could be facing in the near future. This report at the time was a forward-looking assessment of threats that could emerge from the perspective of agents, brokers, the National Association of REALTORS®, state and local Associations and multiple listing services. The goal of the Definitive Analysis of Negative Game Changers Emerging in Real Estate (D.A.N.G.E.R.) report is to help every brokerage, MLS and Association think through some fundamental threats and changes that may be coming to the real estate industry.

Fast forward to 2024 and the real estate opportunity report developed by T3 Sixty. This report has taken the industry changes, provided context, and turned them into opportunities followed up with perspective.
