Pursuant to Articles XII(11) and XVI of the Bylaws of the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS® (“SPAAR”), you are entitled to cast votes on the following proposed Amendments to the SPAAR Bylaws.rnrnu003cuu003eBackground:u003c/uu003e The SPAAR Board of Directors has met and recommends amendments to the SPAAR Bylaws. These amendments require membership approval. The proposed amendments are detailed below.rnrnu003cuu003eVoting Period: u003c/uu003e Voting will begin at 8:30 AM CST on Wednesday, August 14. All votes must be cast by 12:00 PM CST on Friday, August 16.rnrnu003cuu003eHow to Vote:u003c/uu003e A link with voting instructions will be emailed to all members entitled to vote on the morning of Wednesday, August 14. All votes shall be cast electronically.rnrnu003cuu003eProposed Actions to Vote On:u003c/uu003e There will be two actions to vote on.
