Nicko Spehn is the RPAC Investor of the Month

Nicko Spehn is SPAAR's RPAC Investor of the Month for May 2025. An active Realtor® and SPAAR member, Nicko serves on SPAAR's Board of Director's, Government Affairs Committee, and Committee for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Nicko is also an avid participant in SPAAR's Housing Book Club and helped to coordinate an insightful SPAAR event highlighting The Voices of Rondo: Oral Histories of Saint Paul's Historic Black Community.

Nicko is also a Major Investor in REALTOR^® Political Action Committee (RPAC).
