New Supra eKEY Forgot PIN Feature

Forgot your Supra eKEY PIN? No problem!

On May 14, Supra released an enhancement allowing keyholders to easily reset their eKEY PIN on their own.

Now, users can easily reset their own PIN with the new “Forgot PIN” feature in the eKEY app. Follow these steps to get started:

• Install the latest version of the eKEY app.
• Enable phone lock authentication (Biometric/Face ID/PIN/Password) on the device.
• Ensure you have an email or mobile number registered with Supra system. Keyholders outside of the U.S. or Canada may only use their email to reset PIN.
