MLS fees for third quarter are due June 30 

Third quarter MLS fees are due on or before Friday, June 30 to avoid suspension of MLS access. Members will incur a $25 reinstatement fee after this date. Click here to access your portal account.

The inital dues billing was sent via email on June 1 from billing@spaar.com. Remember to check spam or junk folders if the email isn't found in your inbox.

Important dates to remember for the MLS Billing schedule:

• First Quarter – notices are sent beginning of December; due December 31
• Second Quarter – notices are sent beginning of March; due March 31
• Third Quarter – notices are sent beginning of June; due June 30
• Fourth Quarter – notices are sent beginning of September; due September 30
