SPAAR REALTOR® Membership
An individual who is actively engaged in the real estate profession and maintains a current, valid real estate license or certified by an appropriate state regulatory agency to engage in the appraisal of real property, and maintains a REALTOR® membership in the local, state and national association of REALTORS® and in doing so abides by the Bylaws, Constitutions, Rules and Regulations, and the Code of Ethics.
SPAAR Affiliate Membership
Affiliate members are individuals who are not licensed real estate professionals, but who have an interest in becoming involved with the Association, engaging with their communities, growing their networks through supporting REALTORS® with resources, services, and programs.
Nonmember MLS Subscriber
A Nonmember MLS Subscriber is an individual who holds a valid, active real estate or appraisal license and is not affiliated with any local, state, or national REALTOR® association.
