Costumes, candy and festivities for SPAAR members and their families will take place at SPAAR on Wednesday, October 30, from 4-6pm. Children welcome -- it's a family affair!
The event will be at the SPAAR office at 325 Roselawn Avenue East, St. Paul, MN 55117
It'll be a hauntingly good time!
