Introducing SPAAR’s 2022 Board of Directors: Meet Tracy Baglio

SPAAR - 10/31/2022

Nursing, gemology and teaching were all areas of interest when Tracy Baglio was young. She tried nursing but didn’t love it. She also worked as a jewelry store manager for seven years before moving into real estate more than 30 years ago. Tracy loves teaching and guiding people with their homeownership dreams. She says some advice she wishes she’d had starting in real estate would be “to build and maintain a CRM from day one and keep in touch with those individuals.”

Tracy chose real estate as a career because she loves people, homes and architecture. Her favorite architectural home style is anything that is done well and authentic.

When asked what item she should really throw out, she asks: “Just one?” Tracy says she’s working on throwing out most things while hanging on to the people and experiences. When not busy with real estate, Tracy spends her time with her favorite people and also enjoys reading, biking or walking on local trails.

The SPAAR Board of Directors provides strategic direction, leadership and guidance for the Association and its committees. Thank you, Tracy, for your work with SPAAR.
