Introducing SPAAR’s 2022 Board of Directors: Meet Peter Sparr

Real estate was in the family and a path Peter Sparr followed. He’s been a Realtor® for almost 21 years.

“I got into the business to work with my parents who sold for more than 30 years,” says Peter, adding, “they tried to talk me out of getting into real estate. They wanted me to get a real job!”

That real job may have been as a park ranger at a national park, which is what a younger Peter envisioned himself becoming when he grew up.

Peter’s advice to those starting in real estate is to put systems in place, learn to delegate and create some sort of business plan every year.

When not working, Peter can be found watching his son play hockey, traveling or being at his cabin.
