Introducing SPAAR’s 2022 Board of Directors. Meet Patti Jo Fitzpatrick

Patti Jo Fitzpatrick started work in the real estate industry 36 years ago as a part-time administrator and she stayed. Fast forward to today, she’s been a licensed Realtor® for the past 30 years and often works alongside her daughter, Kari. Patti Jo’s first-ever job, at age 15, was working at Wuollet’s Bakery.

When asked what advice Patti Jo would give her younger self starting out in the business she said, “Never give up your farm area once you’re established.”

Patti Jo’s favorite type of home is a colonial two-story. Her best staging tip is: “Pack. You’re moving!” She added that there is a lot of stuff in her basement that she should really throw out. Google maps is the most common app on Patti Jo’s phone and, when she’s not busy with work, she enjoys spending time at the cabin and solving puzzles.
