In Memoriam: Remembering SPAAR Member Bill Tschohl

SPAAR - 08/02/2021

Longtime SPAAR member Bill Tschohl passed away on July 19, 2021. Bill was a familiar face at SPAAR as well as a constant presence at Southern Twin Cities Association of Realtors® (STCAR) since 1982 well before the merger of the two Associations.

Bill participated on STCAR’s Board of Directors as well as committees and volunteer endeavors with both Associations. Most recently, Bill was a lead of the Blue Star Mothers program that sends care packages to those in active service in the U.S. Armed Forces.

SPAAR created the William Tschohl/James Stanton Distinguished Service Award that is presented to a Realtor® member at SPAAR’s annual Winter Social. The award recognizes the individual for his or her service, a special honor because Bill, too, gave back tirelessly to the communities he served. He was also a frequent contributor to the Dakota County Tribune sharing the good work of STCAR and SPAAR over the years as it impacted the Dakota County community.

Bill will be missed, but always remembered. Here's a link to Bill’s obituary.
