Walk in the St. Paul Winter Carnival Parade with SPAAR on January 25
SPAAR - 12/02/2024
Did you know? Both SPAAR and the Saint Paul Winter Carnival came to be in 1886! In fact, the Saint Paul Winter Carnival is the oldest winter festival in the United States, predating the Tournament of Roses Festival by two years.
The Saint Paul Winter Carnival and SPAAR share another common interest: building and investing in community.
SPAAR will serve as presenting sponsor for the King Boreas Grande Day Parade on Saturday, January 25, 2025, and welcomes members to serve on a SPAAR subcommittee for the event, march in the parade, or both.
Subcommittee: Volunteer for the SPAAR subcommittee, which will plan how to make the most of this sponsorship. SPAAR wants and needs members’ ideas! Email spaar@spaar.com or call (651) 776-6000 for information about joining the subcommittee.
Parade: Save the date! March in the parade to demonstrate Realtor® support for Saint Paul. Register at spaar@spaar.com. Read about the King Boreas Grande Day Parade here.
Share your story: SPAAR wants to hear members’ Winter Carnival stories! Do you have a personal connection to this beloved Saint Paul tradition? Until the parade event, SPAAR will share these stories on social media and in eNews. Share your story at spaar@spaar.com.
The Winter Carnival was created by a group of business owners to showcase Saint Paul and the beauty of Minnesota winters. Learn more about the legend of King Boreas.
