Hey SPAAR! Take part in the 2025 Saint Paul Winter Carnival!

Exciting news! SPAAR will serve as presenting sponsor for the King Boreas Grande Day Parade on Saturday, January 25, 2025, and welcomes members to serve on a SPAAR subcommittee for the event, march in the parade, or both.
