Grey Duck Properties hosted an On Demand Service Opportunity (ODSO) on September 20. Realtors® assembled self-care kits that will be shared with residents at Emma Norton Services in November, when SPAAR’s Community Engagement Committee is hosting Bingo Day for the nonprofit.
Grey Duck Properties, brokered by Real, is located in St. Paul. The office combined ODSO with lunch and a sales meeting to bring the virtual team together.
ODSO is coordinated by SPAAR’s Community Engagement Committee to connect Realtors® with local nonprofits. SPAAR delivers supplies for a fast, hands-on volunteer project participants complete as a team. In 2023, more than 100 SPAAR members have participated in ODSO events, impacting >750 families.
