MLS invoices are due this week by September 30

Fourth quarter MLS payments are due on or before September 30, 2023, to avoid suspension of MLS access. If not paid on or before September 30, a $25 reinstatement fee will incur. Click here to access your portal account.
Billing notices were sent to members via email on September 5 from billing@spaar.com.
Remember to check spam or junk folders if the email isn't found in your inbox. Contact the Association at (651) 776-6000 with any questions regarding the fourth quarter MLS fees.
