Fair Housing requirement

January 1, 2025, marked the start of NAR’s new Fair Housing and Anti-Bias Training requirement for members.

New members will be required to complete this with their New Member Orientation and existing members will be required to complete this training once in a three-year cycle. The current cycle runs January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027, and is the same timeline as the Code of Ethics training requirement.

This Fair Housing Training must not be less than 2 hours of instructional time and will need to meet specific learning objectives and criteria as established by NAR. There are FREE no CE options available to members and options that provide CE with a fee.
