Code of Ethics is due year-end 2024
SPAAR - 08/28/2024
The current Code of Ethics compliance period ends on December 31, 2024. As part of the membership requirements with NAR, every member is required to complete a Code of Ethics course every three years.
The current three-year-period runs from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024.
Currently SPAAR has more than 5,000 members who still need to take the current Code of Ethics, or report their completion status to SPAAR.
Brokers have the ability to check and see if the agents in their respective offices have completed this requirement by going to their SPAAR portal, then choose manage agents. This will give brokers a list of all the agents in the office, along with NRDS#, Code of Ethics completion date and orientation date. If an agent completed Code of Ethics prior to January 1, 2022, it is from a previous cycle and needs to be updated.
Any agents who have completed the current Code of Ethics cycle (January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024), should email to SPAAR a copy of their CE transcript or certificate to: COE@SPAAR.com and SPAAR will manually update the membership records accordingly.
