Chris Fritch and Team named SPAAR Hero for May 2019

The Chris Fritch Team has been named SPAAR Hero. Dylan Witschen was a local boy diagnosed with brain cancer in August 2008 and at age 16, on June 8, 2010, he passed away with a goal to cure childhood cancer so no other family would have to endure what his did. The Chris Fritch Team of Keller Williams Classic Realty in Coon Rapids has partnered with the Dylan Witschen Foundation and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for the past four years to raise money to help find a cure for childhood cancer. In addition to the thousands of dollars they raise each year, they also donate $100 to St. Jude in their clients' names from
every closing.

It's the continued support and sizable impact made to the Dylan Witschen Foundation that has earned the Chris Fritch Team the honor of May 2019 SPAAR Hero.

On the floor to ceiling walls of the team's meeting room are plans for 2019 that show the schools the team supports, the items that will be in auctions at upcoming events, and future ideas. The Dylan Witschen Foundation is near and dear to the team as members know the Witschen family personally. In addition, the entire team has been so impressed with St. Jude, its accommodations for patients and families, and the high percentage of donations that go directly to help families. Chris makes it possible for each team member to visit St. Jude in Memphis, Tenn., so they can see firsthand the magnitude of their efforts.

"The entire team really puts their hearts into the organizations we support, and we do it with purpose and intension," said Chris Fritch, lead agent of the team. "We are in a fortunate business, especially recently, to be able to give back to the community, and I am fortunate to be surrounded by an amazing group of people who value the importance of donating to the Dylan Witschen Foundation and all of the community endeavors we support."
