At the end of 2021, SPAAR's annual survey included a few specific questions pertaining to where and how members complete their continuing education.  Her assumption was confirmed when the annual survey results tallied an overwhelming response in favor of SPAAR exploring a new direction of providing continuing education.

Statement on rent control from SPAAR

St. Paul’s rent control ballot measure was approved with 53% of the vote in last week’s election on November 2, 2021.

Recognize. Nominate. Celebrate.

SPAAR recognizes members who embody the Better Agents, Better Communities tagline.  Some awards are announced throughout the year, while others are reserved for a special recognition at the Winter Social in January.
