Etiquette insights for business and everyday use
Leadership SPAAR took part in an etiquette training on June 29. Held at the Saint Paul Hotel, the group learned a bit of dining etiquette coupled with networking tips and tricks.

There’s no room for discrimination in real estate
June is Pride Month, dedicated to the celebration and commemoration of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender pride. Pride Month honors the 1969 Stonewall riots in New York City, marking the beginning of a movement to outlaw discriminatory laws and practices against LGBTQ+ Americans.

In recognition of Homeownership Month in June, SPAAR’s Committee for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion donated copies of its exhibit, Owning Up!, to local nonprofits that provide Home Stretch consumer education classes.
SPAAR new accepting applications for 2024 Board of Directors
SPAAR is currently accepting applications for directors and officers in 2024. "My time on the board has allowed me to get a better understanding of the issues facing us as Realtors®," said Colin Voerding, who joined SPAAR's Board of Directors in 2023. "My leadership skills have also been broadened by being around a driven group of individuals."
