Broker resources at the ready!

SPAAR has tools available just for brokers!

One of the newest resources is the Association Guide Book. This guide book is intended for SPAAR brokers, and their offices, to have resources in one convenient location that contains the most current information to aid association, office and agent memberships.

On SPAAR's website, on its Broker Professional Development page, brokers will find access to additional broker resources, including:

• Current broker PowerPoint slides that are created to be easily shared with office teams. The slides consist of current and upcoming events that SPAAR is participating in or hosting, along with the weekly market update.
• Better Brokers Series. These informative sessions are provided to offer brokers a deeper look into various topics. Coming up will be a focus on risk management with the session “How to Keep Your Agents OUT of Hot Water”. It'll include common Department of Commerce violations and what to do if an agent is being investigated.
