Be a part of SPAAR’s candidate endorsement process

Each election cycle, SPAAR invites candidates for city and county offices to complete a questionnaire and interview to be considered for an endorsement.

The endorsement process is managed by SPAAR’s Government Affairs Committee. This year, SPAAR sent the endorsement questionnaire to more than 600 candidates in SPAAR’s jurisdiction.

SPAAR members choose candidates based on their support of real estate and the housing industry. Endorsement of a candidate may include financial support for campaigns or permission to include SPAAR’s support in campaign materials.

Any SPAAR member may participate in the candidate interview process. No experience needed.
