For April 2024: listings are up more than sales, meaning buyers are seeing more options
According to new data from Minneapolis Area REALTORS® and the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®, both listings and sales rose in April 2024 compared to last year at this time. Prices and inventory levels were also higher.
