Growth in listings met by cooler demand leads to an increase in supply
According to new data from the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®, in conjunction with Minneapolis Area REALTORS® as the two Associations provide this information together each month, listings rose slightly compared to last year while sales softened. In fact, both inventory levels and prices were up.

NAR’s 2024 Sustainability Summit was held in Minneapolis
NAR’s Sustainability Summit in 2024 was held on June 4th and 5th in Minneapolis, bringing Realtors®, property managers, appraisers, brokers, and other stakeholders together to learn about and discuss sustainability in housing and real estate.
2025 Director and Officer Applications
The position is a three-year term and directors are asked to make attendance a priority for all Board meetings, which typically occur once a month. SPAAR is also accepting applications for its three officer positions: treasurer, president-elect and president.
