According to new data from Minneapolis Area REALTORS® and the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®, both listings and sales rose in April 2024 compared to last year at this time. Prices and inventory levels were also higher.
New Supra eKEY Forgot PIN Feature
On May 14, Supra released an enhancement allowing keyholders to easily reset their eKEY PIN on their own.

Columbia Heights establishes Time of Sale Program
At the City Council Meeting, on April 22, the City of Columbia Heights passed Ordinance 1695, which established a Time of Sale Program within the City, which was then shared with members of the local real estate community.
