Appraisal, Appraisal Foundation, & Appraiser Fair Housing Education

There are two virtual public meetings scheduled within the next 30 days which provide an opportunity for all interested parties to provide comment. There is also an in-person meeting the first week of November. All interested parties are invited to attend.

MEETING: September 30, 2022, 1:00 pm ET - Appraiser Qualifications Board (Virtual)

MEETING: October 20, 2022, 1:00 pm ET - Appraisal Standards Board (Virtual)

The Third Exposure Draft for proposed changes to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.  has been exposed for comment. The comment deadline has passed, but comments can be made a the October 20, 2022 meeting noted above.
