Advocacy Updates – October 2024

SPAAR - 10/18/2024

Voting Methods

  • Election Day Voting is voting in person on November 5.
  • An Absentee Ballot is a ballot completed and mailed in advance of an election. In Minnesota, the absentee ballot must be post-marked by November 5.
  • Track the status of your ballot or confirm that it was received.
  • Vote early in person at your county election office before November 5.
  • Before Election Day, in special situations, you may ask an agent to pick up and return an absentee ballot for you. This is called ‘agent delivery.’

General Election Information

  • In Minnesota, you can register in-person now until November 5. Check or update your registration status here.
  • If you plan to vote in-person , find your polling location prior to Election Day.
  • After Election Day, follow the MN Secretary of State's website to stay up to date on the 2024 Election Results.
